Your Health Space is a free workplace mental health program developed by the Canadian Mental Health Association, Ontario Division.
The Your Health Space e-Learning Series is a hybrid learning experience tailored to the needs and experiences of health care staff, providing access to three self-directed courses and weekly live skill-building sessions focused on boosting mental health literacy and teaching strategies to manage and mitigate the effects of stress in the health care workplace.

By registering, you will be enrolled onto our e-Learning platform on your start date. Included in the YHS e-Learning Series are three self-directed e-Learning courses accompanied by weekly live “Skill Building Sessions”.
Beginning on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 this series will focus on topics related to each course:
• Well-Being at Work: Thursday, May 2, 2024
• Coping with Stress at Work: Thursday May 23, 2024
• Continuing to Care at Work: Thursday, June 13, 2024
Each course includes 2-3 e-Learning modules with an (optional) accompanying “Skill Building Session” hosted by a YHS Trainer on Thursdays at 12PM (each session is 30 minutes).
